It’s a decent set up to socially smoke for the price. I was kind of disappointed tho because because my chillium tip was chipped when I got it in the mail. I emailed them about it but I never received response and it’s been about two weeks now.
The name is a little misleading (I wouldn't call it a "chillum") but it is a nice addition to the set. I've got one for myself and one for each of my two best friends, along with the bowl for when we just want to catch a quick lift.

I first Purchased the bigger size for blunts, but I’m (66yrs) old and I like my joints, and I get a fantastic high and I no more wetness on tip, what a great invention… So between using chillum tip and hitting my powerhitter , I’m one happy old lady ……
